Our intake process typically takes 3–4 weeks from start to finish. This timeline includes completing required paperwork, scheduling your initial consultation, and meeting with one of our BCBAs.
Please note that the timeframe may vary depending on how quickly families return the requested documents and their availability to meet with the BCBA. We do our best to move the process forward efficiently and will support you each step of the way.

Yes. We collaborate with teachers, support staff, and administrators to ensure students receive consistent support during the school day.
BCBAs can provide telehealth for specific services, including supervision, parent training, and certain assessments. Clients receiving services will still have direct support to ensure all goals outlined in their treatment plan are properly addressed.
Parents participate in monthly parent training sessions. These serve as opportunities for training and progress updates.
